Many times, because we are coming into your personal space, clients and potential clients have a lot of questions. I have compiled the list below of some of the most Frequently Asked Questions to help clarify our business and questions you may have.
- Can you quote me a price through phone call or text message?
Unfortunately I cannot. It is impossible to determine a cost for the initial cleaning or maintenance cleanings without seeing the property in person and conducting the consultation at the property to be cleaned.
- Can we do the consultation over the phone? I can give you all the details about my home through a phone call?
Again, it would be completely impossible for me to get all of the details regarding the property, the client's preferences and gather the appropriate information through a phone call. Our first step is the in person consultation.
- Will I be charged if I cancel my maintenance cleaning?
We understand that life happens and there are many, many reasons that would cause a client to need to cancel their regular maintenance cleaning. If you need to cancel, please do so as soon as you know, so that we can try to adjust the maid's schedule and determine the best way to reschedule your cleaning. You are allowed two (2) cancellations per year; however, a $35 fee will be added to your next regularly scheduled maintenance cleaning to allow for the additional time and effort needed to get you caught up from the cancelled session.
- Will you clean all my windows on your initial cleaning?
As the old saying goes, "We don't do windows"! Window cleaning is another job completely, and is very time consuming when done properly. During the initial cleaning, we will clean the inside of the windows that we can reach from inside your home or business.
- Do I need to leave my home or business during the initial cleaning and maintenance cleanings?
My Team and our maids like to be as efficient as possible. Our time, as well as your time is very valuable. We appreciate a vacant home during the initial cleaning and regular maintenance cleanings to allow us to get right to work and down to the nitty gritty so to speak!
- How often do I need to schedule maintenance cleanings?
Depending on the size of your family, home, and number of children and pets, we recommend weekly or bi-weekly maintenance cleaning. Monthly maintenance cleaning is not recommended as it always takes an extended period of time, and is more like an initial cleaning all over again. It is difficult to consistently maintain a clean home with monthly cleanings.
- I have had someone clean my house before, and they never showed up when they were supposed to? Are your maids reliable?
The Life Maid Easy maids are extremely reliable and they will keep the appointments that we set up for you for your maintenance cleanings. I have a rigorous process for screening and choosing the maids who work on the team, and these girls are prompt, reliable, trustworthy and dependable. We are a professional cleaning company and you can expect reliable service.
- I don't want everyone in town to know I have a maid that cleans my house, so can we keep this private?
Of course, we would love for you to write a review of our business and the services we provide, however, we know not everyone wants to broadcast their personal business, and some folks don't want anyone to know they have help with their cleaning. We are professional, we will honor your privacy and always be very discreet. We will not share your business with others, unless given permission by you.
